We can provide you with full individual coaching support on a one to one basis. You will have the personal attention of a coach during training sessions as well as a programme designed to fit your current level of training and goals.
In addition, we can offer individual sessions as part of group training to deal with specific issues.

These 1-2-1 sessions are specifically tailored to you, your circumstances and your goals. This is a great way to maximise your training time in today’s fast paced society.
After a free initial consultation to establish fitness level, medical history and your goals a 1-2-1 coaching program will be created specifically for you!
